Yoga for Stenosis and Facet Osteoarthritis for Low Back
These two conditions require a very special set of gentle movements, gentle forward bending can relieve pain from stenosis, a narrowing of the bones in the spine but not too deep forward bending and twisting to keep the facet osteoarthritis happy (an inflammation of the synovial joints in the back of the spine that connect the vertebrae). Core strengthening helps because it creates space and decompression in the spine also just very gentle stretching of the low back as you will find in this video.
