Where can I find the Zoom link for the LIVE Zoom classes?
The live Zoom link is emailed to you when you first sign up for the membership and every month afterwards in the monthly newsletter at the end of each month. Currently, it is also shown at the top of the website.
The link is the same for every class, week to week. We recommend bookmarking the Zoom link or saving it somewhere you can access easily.
How do I access the classes?
Once you sign into your account, navigate the Explore Classes section in the top menu to access all of our videos.
Our content is available for streaming only via internet access. They cannot be downloaded directly to your device. You can access it anytime by signing into your account.
Buffering or playback issues are often related either to your internet connection or to your browser cache needing clearing. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. You can also try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.
Each email address can only be associated with one account. If you believe you already have an account and can’t remember the login details, please use the Forgot Password link.
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. In addition, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
