As a courtesy, I will be reaching out to all new members before the end of January to see if you want to continue or cancel, then I will take care of it for you, so you can relax and don't have to watch the date. 

You are also welcome to cancel yourself ANYTIME before Feb 1st in your dashboard and it won't renew but you will still have access until the end of January.

The 30 Days of Love Flow is a brand new gentle yoga journey I created just for you.
It features shorter 15 - 20 minute gentle flow sessions at locations in nature around Kamloops, BC.

Just as the ancient yogis learned by observing the world around them, we will  contemplate each day's theme and embrace it as a potential teacher.
